The fitness center of the Merano Thermal Baths is state of the art and fully equipped.
Coaching is provided by qualified personnel, including the successful and famous triathlete Edith Niederfriniger.
The basic approach at Merano Thermal Baths is health through gentle training.
The offering includes fitness checks with body fat and lactate testing, gymnastic and underwater courses, and a range of outdoor activities such as Nordic walking and jogging, as well as training sessions on the workout machines and cardiac equipment, plus special physiotherapy offerings.
