While you relax in the pleasant warmth of the sauna, your immune system is strengthened, so you do not catch a cold so easily.
In the sauna area of the Merano Thermal Baths you can choose between 8 different types of saunas (for use without swimwear):
a Finnish sauna, three steam baths (two indoors and one in the park), a sanarium, a caldarium and a Finnish long-cabin sauna in the outdoor area provide a diverse sauna experience.
Apart from the various cold pools, Merano Thermal Baths also offer a special way of cooling off in the snow room.
In the snow-room, the snow falls from the ceiling, giving you the feeling of standing on the glaciers of South Tyrol!
