The famous holiday resort Corvara is situated at a height of 580 m above sea level and lies in a wide basin surrounded by the Sella Group and the imposing Sassongher.
The area offers many easy walks that are ideal for families.

Corvara is a very modern ski resort with many ski lifts and numerous renowned hotels.
In the Sella Group area the cable car Lago Boè and the chairlift Vallon take you up to a height of over 2.500 m.
Corvara offers unique skiing pleasures in winter with snow covered slopes.
In summer it is a wonderful starting point for walks.
The panorama from the plateau of Pralongià with view onto the Marmolada and the Dolomite peaks is breathtaking.

Especially interesting for golf players is the 9 hole golf course ”Ranrüs“ at 1.700 m above sea level embedded in the fascinating natural landscape, but nevertheless only a few kilometres from Corvara.

An ideal place for relaxing is the biotope lake with its botanical nature trail and various plant species of the Dolomites.
