The train station Coldrano - Val Martello valley is very accessible.
From Laces the train reaches the train station of Coldrano in about 2.9 km. Close by to the platform you will find a SAD bus stop of the line 101 (Merano - Silandro - Malles) and 107 (Val Martello valley - Coldrano - Silandro). The small village centre is about 300 m away and can be easily reached.
The castle of Coldrano houses a modern convention centre.

The area has many nice walking paths and hiking trails.
An excursion worthwhile for the whole family, is an outing into the Val Martello valley, famous for its strawberries.

Here you can also visit the National Park House Culturamartell, its exhibition gives information on the peasant life and the erstwhile cultural landscape of the valley.
