The train station of Marlengo is very accessible. The distance from Lagundo to this train station is about 1.6 km by train.

The village centre more or less lies at the same height, but is approx. 900 m away from the station. In front of the station you can find a bus station for the line 12 of the SASA (City Bus Service), some of these busses also have a retractable ramp.

The holiday resort Marlengo lies on a hillside, embedded in vineyards with a wonderful view over the spa city Merano and its surroundings.

Worth visiting is surely the old parish church of the year 1166, the "Waalweg" path along an irrigation canal and the adventure nature trail with a magnificent view over the basin of Merano.
